I just saw it and I thought the same thing. Either the hair is completely pulled forward like she does with a lot of the hairs meaning that there's no length at the back or she put another weird 'tail' at the back.
I do like a lot of Peggy's hair as they suit my anime-style sims but seriously... for that one to look good enough for me to use she really should've added ribbons instead of just... leaving it.
^ I gotta agree, the temptation is just overpowering right now. Usually when there is no back pic, it usually means its horrendus. :D You gotta love some of Peggy's hairs, no one does ugly quite like she does. And lolz to the ribbons on the donation one comment. HAHAHA.
aw. I was hoping it had a tail! This hair is not as bad as some of Peggy stuff, but still pretty bad with those things on the end. Must check out the new donatation one! xD
