It's snowing cats and dogs!

My camera on my phone sucks, but it's looks like a mess outside.

By the way, can you believe my neighbor has his dog outside in this. It's hiding in it's dog house, but I'm absolutely disgusted by how they treat their poor dog. Like why have it!? Just awful!

  1. WHAT? That poor dog. Your neighbours should be Shot. In the foot. And left out in the cold. Dumb Jerks. >.<

  2. I know! I try to mind my bussiness, but I'm really tempted to say something. He really should be thrown out in the snow and shot though. Poor thing is probably frozen if not dead.

  4. My neighbors are the same way. It doesn't matter what the weather is like, their dog is outside 24/7. They really shouldn't have pets. What is the point of having an animal when you don't even let it in the house? It's not for security. She is small and stays in the backyard the whole time. Why?? They don't really give her attention either. :( It's very sad.

  5. i never did understand the logic of people who have a dog, just to leave it chained up all day. now my dog, she was a husky. she LOVED the snow. she WANTED to go out on days like that. but i never left her out all day all night. like you said, why have a dog? to guard the tree?

  6. It's a huge type of dog. It's really nice though and feel sorry for it. He's really skinny too. They feed him, but it's way under the amount he should be eating.

    Awwww a small dog. That's a shame.

How can people do these thing to living breathing things is beyond me! No matter the size, it's a shame.

  7. That is so sad :(
One time, my neighbors left on vacation and left their pup chained up outside all weekend without food or water, in like 90-100 degree weather. When we noticed he was out there we took him water and food and called the animal police people. But by the time they got there the poor thing had died :(
It makes me so sad when people do that to their animals :(

  8. My dog lives outside... I hate this argument, it upsets me that people believe just because you have your dog living outside that you don't care about it as much as people who have their dogs inside. But that's just how I feel :\

  9. Awww! Poor dog
But I guess it all depends on how much the dog likes the snow and stuff. If its a really hardy dog, it probably doesn't mind :)
    You have snow???
0.0 All ours melted months ago! XP

  10. @Coyadre I was talking about people who actually neglect them. The dog is very skinny and they were sited on it before. Now I'm fine with them being outside, but in freezing or leaving them in extreme heat is very unhealthy and leaving them in a storm is just cruel. They can get hypothermia if it's too cold and heat strokes if it's too hot. I learned this from tv. Anyway, I'm fne with people having dogs outside, but I hope that you bring it in when it's freaking snowing or when extremely hot. That's was what I was really angry about.

@Ellide That's horrible. They could at least told someone about it so it can have food and water. :(

@Tiny Like I said it's far from hardy and I think it's a pitt bull. Very skinny. :( And yea we had a big storm yesterday. We probably get some more before winter is over with. >_<

  11. Omg the poor dog! When I'm at my bfs house, his neighbor has their dog out as well...get this it's a freakin chihuahua!! If it's like 18 degrees out, why is the poor short haired dog out for hours? I've contemplated on taking the dog, but it doesn't fancy strangers.

  12. Oh that's awful! Chihuahuas are lap dogs and like be near their families. They're not suppose be outside and especially in that weather! :(

And my undcle almost got someone to steal dog next door to us, becuz I felt so sorry for it. I wish someone would steal it the poor thing or at least have it taken away.

  13. I would never put a chihuahua outside! And I don't even like the darn things :/

But thanks for the clarification. My dog is very plump and from the looks of it, doesn't really mind being outside. But I guess the weather here isn't too extreme anyway. I love my little Rusty!
