✧Seeing Double - Assignment 4 Scores ✦

1st: Vid with Alex and Alan
A4-Double Your Pleasure (Double Life Event)
Me and Alex never planned on living together. If anything I was hoping the big move out of our hometown would be me finally becoming a solo act. A new apartment all to myself! Well that's what I hoped for anyway. Something should of told me Alex's sudden interest in helping me find my own place was for his own gain. He definitely wasn't going live with our parents again and his girlfriend was a saint to deal with him as long as she did. So yeah I'm stuck with him. I just couldn't say no. Well now it's just the two of us in this tight little apartment fighting like little kids already. This should be interesting....
In complete shock I got 1st. I was expecting 4th at the most.

Such a cute story, Vid! Alex and Alan may have contrasting personalities, but I think they go well together- like Zack and Cody from the Suite Life. This photo is very creative, I love the way the twins are styled, and they look good together, but I would've liked to see more signs that this is a new apartment- I couldn't tell without the story.

I love your set making skills! The little details you added really make this photo pop. My only complaint is the poses Alex and Alan are in, they're a little too passive for me, maybe if there were interacting with each other. Otherwise this is another great photo Vid, great job!

I was quite speechless when I saw scores this round. The pic I thought would come in 1st came in 2nd and the other pics just seemed more interesting than mine. I actually spent extra days trying to think of more interesting ideas, because I thought this one would be too boring compare to the others.

The moving idea was my original idea, but I had like 2 other ideas I was thinking about doing as well. One was a double engagement and the other was going have their girlfriends both pregnant. Cute ideas, but kinda cheesy and I wanted do something different. It took me till the very last min to make up my mind and go with my original idea.

Now I wasn't really sure how I was going pull it off, but I knew the setting was going be the most important part to convey it. I remember seeing cc cardboard boxes on Club Crimsyn and I also found some paint cans there that came in handy. Then I CAS all the decor to look plain and generic. Added boxes upon boxes, paint cans, and then threw in some splattered paint. Once I was done in-game taking the original picture, I decided to add some paint on their clothes. I went a little crazy with that, but I thought it would funny to make them look like they had kind of a paint fight. Took me forever to apply and smudge it all, but it was worth it.

I think the only things I would change would be the lack interaction with the poses and the lack of boxes towards the front.

For the next assignment, I have to put them in bathing suits/bathing trunks. *drools* The bathing suits were chosen for us, so I don't really have to put much thought into dressing them. Just need a good setting and some poses. I have ideas for both, but the setting is a bit risky. If I don't pull it off, I'll probably go with the more safe/typical idea of a setting for such a pic.
