Comments: I love the vibrancy of this shot, with his skin, the surfboard and the background. It gives the impression of movement with the waves splashing behind him and his hair movement. The accessories of the headband, the necklace and the surfboard all add to the overall look of this shot. Very macho, with some class. Adore the definition of Malcolm’s muscles with the light and shadow. He reminds me of a very in-trend Islander. His eyes pop nicely and I think the change of bathers was a good move. I really love this shot.

Comments: Malcolm looks great! I love the surfer vibes. I guess the only little bit of critique that I can give is that it doesn't look like he's quite gripping the surfboard correctly, but other than that, fantastic picture!

Comments: The background and model work well together and the surfboard is a great addition. I’m not sure if it’s the pose, but the arms look a little disproportional to the body.

Yum....oh sorry. I'm pretty surprised by this placing too. lol I didn't think it was sophisticated enough, but I use my one edit that is offered every round and pulled off some sophistication I guess.

And by the thought of using a surfboard. Unfortunately, I didn't pull off copying the pose correctly, but it still turned out looking cool. B/w you really don't want to see what's behind the board on my pic. I literally broke his arm up. xD

My favorite part is the dreads tho. Lots of pieces of hair stock went into that on top of EA's ugly stiff headband dreads. Looks realistic and hot! :D Then the background was too perfect. As for other editing lovelies, I added the necklace, the surfboard (duh) and highlighted those abs. 👍

The next assignment was to do a close-up black and white portrait with dynamic lighting and shadows. Did it already as it didn't require much. I guess it's ok. I hope so. Scoring for that is coming soon, so we'll see. 😅
